Much like the cost of the program, this totally depends on the distance you are training for as well as how much hands on help you'd like.
I recommend nutrition that is tailored to your running plan. We will take a look at your current daily intake and I will recommend foods that I suggest during your training period.
If you can't make a training day, I appreciate a 24 hour heads up. At the end of the day, I know stuff comes up and will work with you to find another time that works.
